Off the Floor Accessible Toilets OLD

Ever laid on the floor of a public toilet? I have!
For people with a disability with limited mobility, this is often the scene that is faced when using accessible toilets.

The current layout of the accessible toilets has not changed since the 1980’s and often the only place to attend to the user’s needs is on the cold, dirty floor of the public toilet. Our project provides portable accessible toilets that have extra features allowing for people with a disability to be attended to Off the Floor with improved access, safety and dignity.

These facilities will be available to be used at venues and events throughout South Australia.
